This week I learn in deepth of some video and audio editing tools. It was hard making it as it majorly affected by COVID-19 when it majorly comes to sourcing of things i want to use and since it is important do once you finish the Fab Academy, i decided to do progressively do a link of the slides and a video prior to change as the situation change. About the slide and video, although I have started my project, the fabrication part is not yet over, so its going to have less information up to where i have reached. I am going to try and make a video and slide presentation of how far i am.
About my project ...
My project revolves around food science. How well can we conserve food especially perishables to stay for long. The idea was to come up with a method of storing food and as well coserving them for longer periods of time.
The idea was brought about by the fact that i come in an agricultural background country and about 30% of the produce go to waste due to luck of storage facilities
This will tend to reduce the wastage if used by half of what is being wasted at the moment
This if acualized it can be also used as storage activities for food during the COVID-19 situation to dry food for those people who cannot access freexing facilities and resources such as freezer just to namme a few.
